WHERE TO FIND & SUPPORT ROWAN OLIVER//
About the Guest: Rowan Oliver (they/them) is an astrologer, writer, and performance artist based in Seattle, WA. As a lifelong Virgo, Rowan has always been interested in knowing how people tick. After years of casual astrology enthusiasm and astro-meme-making, Rowan deepened their studies into the language of the stars and began practicing professionally in 2018. Their practice draws on techniques and foundations from Hellenistic traditional astrology, the oldest known system of astrological interpretation, tailored to the realities of the modern era.
Rowan views the stars through a queer, trauma-informed lens, and uses their lived experiences in these areas as a guide to make their astrology as healing, guiding, and uplifting as possible. By holding space for the intricacies of the human experience, they assist long-time students of astrology and newcomers alike in their quest for deeper understanding of the cosmos, and by extension, themselves.
Rowan is available for natal, relationship, and predictive astrology consultations at their website, rowastrology.com. Follow them at https://twitter.com/rowastrology and https://www.instagram.com/rowastrology/.

#15: What’s that saying about loving yourself first? We’re getting into it on this week’s episode! We dive into: how to love yourself before someone else, how therapy can be good for your personal and family relationships, how to decide on a therapist, and more! Our guest is the fabulous Kevin Blake Dwyer who shares his personal therapy experiences from childhood to now, amazing tips for finding a good therapist (pssst, it’s like dating!), virtual therapy options, and how to decide if therapy might be right for you. Plus: Gas station grabs (there’s something about those oreos in a tube), kickball, dragonfruit, and the girls review Rowdy Mermaid’s Calm Alpine Lavender kombucha flavor. *Reviews are strictly opinions.
About the Guest: Blake Kevin Dwyer grew up in San Mateo, CA outside of San Francisco. Acting brought Blake out to Los Angeles where he got his degree in Theatre from Loyola Marymount University. Since graduating he hasn't taken his foot off the gas. Pre-covid Blake received his equity card after starring in a sold-out run of the hilarious musical comedy, “Title Of Show.” In addition to stage Blake can also be found on screen, most recently as the dorky and lovable role of Dr. Mario in the feature film “Debunkers, Inc.” now on SHOWTIME.
When Blake is not acting he enjoys improv, writing music, playing in a queer kickball league and working on his Kid’s Youtube Channel “ASK ADAM!” Blake also moonlights as an Associate at 23 Management Group, a boutique talent management company servicing actors. Blake is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and would love nothing more than to continue to be a strong voice and positive representative in the fight for equality and visibility both on screen and off. Lastly, he loves watermelon, Lizzo (before she was cool and famous) and Schitt’s Creek (also before it was cool and famous).
