This is a good one. In this episode, we discuss consciousness and dive into how your mind works and how to understand it. Whether you're kicking a habit, pursuing a big change, whatever it might be, your mind can be your biggest enemy but it can also be your biggest ally. Together, we share how you can get a better handle on your subconscious and conquer your mind. Thanks for listening!
For this episode I have my first guest, one of my closest friends Leandra. Together we discuss our journeys through life, our relationships with spirituality, and touch on a ton of different topics from personal growth to global division. As always, thanks for listening!

A lot of people ask themselves the question "Am I good enough?" How they answer it is usually with a no. We've all been there, and we'll all continue to go back there plenty of times. In this episode I discuss the struggle of feeling like you aren't good enough, and my own journey with this question. Thanks for listening!
A lot of us find it difficult to succeed, and even more difficult to endure failure. Not only are the two an integral part of life, but they are unique to each individual. Success is something that we get to define for ourselves, we just fall into the trap of allowing others, be it people we know or society at large, to create that definition for us and hold us accountable to meet it. If each person is unique then their definitions of success and failure are unique too.
In this episode, I ask a question that's been asked countless times: What's the point of life? My answer to this question takes me down my own journey of trying to seek out a meaning to my own life, and life in general, and I share the steps and phases I went through before finally arriving at a satisfying answer. From nihilism to absurdism to existentialism, I discuss my personal take on it all.
In my first ever podcast, I discuss the paradox of being scared of living while also being scared of dying, and dive into being afraid of death and life and the origins of those fears. There's discussions on loss, grief, coming of age, you name it, so I hope you'll check it out.
