Ughhhhh - freakin scammers! Their tactics are endless and ever changing.

Have you ever been scammed? I have, and so has he, and oh, she has too! When it comes to the real estate industry, there are many avenues for a scammer snake to slither their way into your personal space. All things considered, it is crucial to never click on any unknown links sent via email or text, never offer personal info without knowing 100% who's actually requesting said info, and if somebody wont let you get off the phone, that's a RED FLAG. The list goes on! You must question everything. If you feel "stupid" asking questions, just think how you'll feel when you get duped.
