Korina Duffy Ecofitness Body Fit -

This is a podcast about real transformation, real health and real life — especially when life starts changing around you.

Hosted by Korina Duffy, founder of EcoFitness, a mum and business owner in her mid 40s who’s managing work, family, relationships and all the natural changes that come with this stage of life — while trying to keep the effects of midlife and perimenopause from kicking down the front door by staying as strong and healthy as possible. 😂

And she’s helping her members learn how to do the same.

We’re talking fitness, fat loss, food, mindset, habits, sleep, hormones, relationships, family, work and everything in between.

Because being healthy in your 40s isn’t about desperately trying to look 21 again.

It’s about asking:

How strong can I become?

How well can I fuel myself?

How can I protect my sleep?

How can I manage my stress?

How can I keep moving?

And what small habits can I build now that my future self will thank me for?

Korina brings over two decades of experience in the fitness industry — but she also brings her own real-life experiences of trying to practise what she teaches while running businesses, raising a family and navigating the mid 40s hype

Some weeks everything goes to plan.

Some weeks it absolutely doesn’t.

That’s the point.

Expect honest conversations about body transformation, strength, nutrition, mindset, behaviour change, ageing, hormones, relationships, motherhood, business and the messy reality of trying to look after yourself while managing everyone and everything else.

No perfection.

No all-or-nothing.

No pretending we’ve got life completely figured out.

Just learning how to become stronger, healthier and happier through every season of life.

Move. Nourish. Sleep. Mindset.
