This is Will and I catching up and letting the conversation go in every direction possible. It's an interesting one for sure.

What are the ways in which our beliefs have held us back from living up to our fullest potential? What could we gain from letting go of preconceived notions about truth? Im not sure we found the answer, but we had a great conversation about it.

Kyle Devlin is a great and very insightful teacher, who I learned a lot from during this conversation. We talk about how he started his fitness journey and how he stays on that path as difficult as that may be.

This is a solo episode about exercise and the effect that it has on the mind. I also read an essay that I wrote about my experience with anxiety relating to an injury.

Will and I decided not to plan anything and record an episode. We catch up, talk about a few current events, the Better Ideas Community, future plans, and just goof off for a bit.

The Round Earther's Society is another awesome podcast that just happens to be local. The hosts, Zach and Jesse are super smart dudes, who will talk to you about pretty much anything. So, this conversation went in just about every direction! 

Will and I talk to a couple of really cool heathens about their worldview, technology, religio, civilization and why everyone needs to party in the woods. It was an eye opening conversation, to say the least.
