The takeover of urban school districts is all about getting hold of district money, according to Rutgers professor, Domngo Morel.  On today’s show we talk with two Oakland parents who have been fighting the latest manifestation of this phenomenon, the insistence by the Fiscal Management and Assistance Team (FCMAT) that Oakland close schools and sell public property.
