Welp. Sony did it again! Due to a delayed release where I live, I only just got a chance to see... Kraven the Hunter: the latest bad comic book movie from Sony. This universe has been a total disaster and the box office performance of Kraven has cemented the incomparable legacy that this universe is gonna have. It may not be over just yet, but it does seem like Sony is going to be taking a pause to regroup and restart, in some way, an attempt to make a connected standalone Spider-Man universe, outside of the MCU. With surefire hits like Tom Holland's Spider-Man 4 and Beyond the Spider-Verse still on the way, Sony has no reason to sell the onscreen rights of the character back to Marvel but their recent failures certainly have them clamoring for more hits. In this episode, I'll be covering the bamboozling Kraven the Hunter film we just got and the main reasons that this universe went so wrong!
