It's the Semi-Finals and as in all matters sport, this is when players step up. This was hands down, one of the best episodes in the history of this program. It was a master class in baking and a delight to witness. Until it wasn't.

The playoffs have begun and this is when it gets really real in the tent. With so few bakers remaining you get more time with each of them and often learn more about them. It was a really great episode to both watch and record.

Dessert Week has arrived and this week was a so good. Surprises abound and the person who needed to leave was indeed shown their way out of the tent. The Signature this week was a Pavlova. One would not think bread would be out here just bodying bakers but this week in the tent, one would be very wrong.
