Today on KRY.chat, I am sharing my experience so far with the 75 Soft Challenge, along with the rules I am following. The challenge is all about pushing yourself to become the best version of yourself by committing to 75 days of self-improvement. You get to create your own rules and choose what you want to focus on, such as drinking more water, reading for 20 minutes a day, or going for a walk everyday.

I want to share more about this challenge, as I believe it is a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery because it requires you to step outside of your comfort zone and commit to a daily routine that will help you achieve your goals! I am looking to develop a growth mindset by doing this challenge, while also embracing the challenges and failures as opportunities for growth. If you are someone who want's to join me, by committing to this challenge, you are acknowledging that you have room for improvement and that you are willing to put in the work to become the best version of yourself, and my friend that's exactly what I am doing :)

I challenge listeners to create their own 75 Soft Challenge and commit to 75 days of self-improvement. Remember, the challenge is all about pushing yourself to become the best version of yourself, so choose your rules wisely and embrace the journey!!

By doing this, you'll be able to start your day with a clear sense of purpose and direction, and you'll be more likely to stay focused and productive throughout the day. So why not give it a try?
