KSL: Knitting Shop Live

In this episode, we share the scoop on what we have all been working on at the shop! With all of the new challenges we have faced and all of the new ways we have been able to stay connected with our knitting community, we really wanted to share it all! From Finely merch (that's how the cool kids say merchandise) to the ins and outs of our website, we give you just a taste of what it takes to make it all happen! Thanks for listening :)

Tune into this episode to go on a journey with us! Just kidding, but we do chat about journeys! From a knitting journey we've taken to how we see our life's journey taking us, we take a deep dive (or hike if you prefer) into this topic! Want to learn more about us? Visit our website www.finelytheknittingcorner.com, and follow us on Instagram! Thanks for listening :)

In this episode, we chat about being spontaneous and why it's important to sprinkle some of that spontaneity into life! Our team is definitely one full of planners who love to plan (even down to the minute), but even we realize how important it is to leave some time unplanned...especially these days! Taking time for yourself by blowing off laundry for the night or letting your kids decide what to do this Saturday can be that hint of spontaneity needed this week. However, our consensus is to skip the grocery store and grab ice cream for dinner tonight! If you love us, please leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts and follow us on Instagram (@finelytheknittingcorner) and Facebook! Thanks for listening :)

In this episode, we chat about some of our fave things....room in the house, time of day, and our favorite upcoming class projects! It's a three for one special with this episode! Tune in to get the latest shop updates including our very first LYS Day (that's "local yarn shop day" for the folks new to knitting!)! If you would like to receive our emails to be the first to get shop updates, email us at [email protected] for listening :)

In this episode, we chat about Local Yarn Shop Day and what a local yarn shop means for us! Each year on April 17th, many local yarn shops take this special day to thank their customers...tune in to hear about how we want to thank you! To find out more about our LYS, visit our website at www.finelytheknittingcorner.com and follow us on Instagram. Thanks for listening :)

In this episode, we share what we would want to go inside of our own personal time capsules! Ever been part of a time capsule making or opening with your school or community? They are always fun to be a part of whether it is to put your generation's print on the next or to open a portal into the past! Tune in to find out what ours would include and take a guess as to how old we really are! Thanks for listening :)

In this episode, we chat about everything we have learned this last year with having to "pivot" our business to survive! Tune in to hear some of the amazing tools we've implemented to help our knitters shop and learn with us, AND find out more about what we are working to improve to make the experience clean and easy! A huge thanks to all of our knitters stuck with us and who learned right along with us this year, and as always...thanks for listening :)

Knitting in public....is it rude? We don't think so! Tune in to hear how you can increase your productivity while waiting for appointments, hanging out with friends, enjoying the outdoors, and more! We also share some very exciting shop updates if you haven't heard already! If you don't receive our emails, be sure to let us know you'd like to subscribe via email [email protected]! Thanks for listening :)

*Note: Brianna apologizes for all the racket on her end, her fur babies were a bit wild while recording!
