U.S. Naval Academy head coach Ken Niumatalolo discussed the Midshipmen's replacement of the canceled Notre Dame game for the first time since 1927, and adding BYU to the Middies' schedule for the first time since 1989. Niumatalolo and BYU coach Kalani Sitake are two of the only Polynesian head coaches in college football, and both grew up in the same hometown of Laie, Hawaii.
