Unable to show what he did not know, he went on to interview 220 successful leaders from 37 countries in 6 continents, and identified 30 principles of successful leaders, and is writing the First Time Leadership book.

Daniel has a Double Master Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He is married and has a young family, and was a former police officer who patrolled the streets of Singapore.
