Wayne Benenson, Ph.D., has been a teacher for 50 years in a variety of classrooms: elementary, middle school, high school, and college (undergraduate and graduate); He has taught in many different settings: urban, suburban and rural, in both public and private schools. His research interests center around school-based peer mediation and project-based learning. His teaching interests center around Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and critical thinking strategies. His most recent assignment was to teach mindfulness strategies to elementary school students (ages 6 – 11) who had difficulty self-regulating emotionally when stressed-out. Currently he teaches mindfulness tutorials online. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona and never tires of Sonoran desert sunsets.

Cullen Wallace is a real estate broker in Seattle, Washington. While dealing with a major health scare a few years ago, Cullen began a quest to discover the meaning and purpose of his life. This led to reading a lot of different authors as well as listening to a variety of podcasts on these subjects.
