This episode is about the Benny Meng book on the Wing Chun Butterfly Knives.  It is an interesting take on it and something that got me interested in a part of the Wing Chun System which I had previously not been interested in.  

Short episode about a story from my past with a teacher whom I will always respect and love.  

9th and final part of the book, "The Tao of Health, Sex, and Longevity" by Daniel P. Reid.  Great book.  Definitely recommend it to anyone.
