  • Woman Rides Wild Horse 1,100 Miles Across Nevada
    A Reno resident recently returned from a three-month ride on her mustang around Nevada. Our reporter Bob Conrad spoke with her just after she returned. That’s a group of people welcoming Samantha Szesciorka back to Reno after three months of her ride. She says she’s raising awareness for wild horse adoptions. Mustangs are regularly gathered by the Bureau of Land Management when populations are deemed too large for their habitat. They end up in holding facilities if they don’t get adopted.
