Honestly I had a lot going on in my mind and I needed an escape. This episode may seem like it's all over the place and it is. This is a manic drop, I had to do something to ease my mind and spirit. Thank you for tuning in.
Hey guys, this episode literally speaks for itself. We are talking about friendships, expectations, and just fostering good friend habits. Always keep somebody around you who wants to see you win and never envies you. It's a lot of snakes in the grass so keep it cut low, word to Rocko. I hope y'all enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it. Peace.
This episode really is just a free for all segment about self love and self esteem. I just wanted to talk about my personal experience with both and just have a conversation with you guys & myself.
This episode marks #3 and baby I am on a roll. Just to give some insight on what was talked about, what makes a person who they are? A million dollar question that has been asked since before I was born. People are made into who they are on account of numerous things. Environment, family history, friendships, morals or beliefs. This episode is just to give my opinion on the topic and share some answers I received from Instagram.
Listen, trying to date these days is ROUGH. I got no advice, don't ask me for advice LOL! I just talk and sometimes it makes sense. However this episode was fun for me because I have many views and feelings about trying to date these days. Join me, sit with me, engage in conversation and let me know what you guys think. I can't swim so I just sit on the side and watch.... KUTTIN' UP WITH KYRA BABY!
Just wanted to do a quick catch-up with y'all. My March is going great and I cannot complain. More content soon to come!
This episode is one of many to come.. I wanted to use my voice and platform, to be able to stand with my people in a time of need. The world is aware of the wrongful death of George Floyd that was at the hands of a white cop. George wasn't the first and sad to say, we know he won't be the last to experience a wrongful death better known as straight up MURDER. Black people all over have taken a stand, used their voice, and began protesting. It's so much more to be covered but this is just the beginning, the revolution will be televised. We the people are tired and have had enough. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE... BLACK LIVES MATTER TODAY, TOMORROW, AND FOREVER!
Hey you guys, sorry for the spread out episode! It has been a year and 2020 has just started. It was just put on my heart to do this episode, I felt like it was very important. Mental Health is serious, do not take it lightly. With the way the world is operating and us being in our homes, a check-in is needed. It's important to take care of yourself mentally and not just during this time. When this is over, STILL TAKE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SERIOUS. To many things go on in the world and adding the negative impact depression brings does not help! Here is a number to a mental health/depression hotline: 8173108561
Lastly I want to take this time and dedicate this episode to a fallen angel, friend, and classmate: Reginald Cole, may the life and legacy you left behind live on. You will be missed and we love you!
I gave y'all a nice break but now I am back honey! I was on spring break for two weeks and if you know, you know. The world is going through it so I briefly touched on the subject as well as others. I even had my homegirl/roommate Jone't say a few words lol. Stay safe y'all. Like, comment, and please share. Remember I appreciate all feedback!
