Entrepreneur and philanthropist Kwanza Jones is reportedly part of a $3.9 billion agreement to purchase the San Diego Padres. If approved, the deal would make Jones Major League Baseball’s first Black woman majority owner and José E. Feliciano the league’s first majority owner of Puerto Rican descent.
