Hey guys! In this podcast, let's have a realistic view on toxic masculinity and the gender roles in society. Toxic masculinity has been plaguing boys increasing insecurity, low self-esteem, and risk of suicide. I invited my friend Kyle to talk about this sensitive topic. He also shared some of his written work with a spoken word poetry performance. Watch this episode on my YouTube Channel to watch Kyle's magic trick.
Stay tune to the end for a magic trick!!!!! ✨

Hey there! In this week's episode, I invited a special guest to talk about one of the most trendy topics this time around which is none other than START-UPS!! My guest (Kim Seon Ho - char) Ivan, is a graduate of Civil Engineering but now is working in a start-up finance company. He also talked experiences and tips along the way, from jobs, student life, graduating, and applications. This is a very chill video and if you wanna see me act like I know anything about the topic, feel free to enjoy this YT podcast.
In this episode, I invited my friend Ky to talk about how our bodies have changed throughout our life, experiences on diets and insecurities, the comments we received from people about our body, and how fat is not a bad word. Let us reclaim the word fat. Fat is basically an adjective to describe a body type; it is not an insult. We should also educate people to be more sensitive to these topics. Shift the word used as a mechanism to break you down to now, a source of power and pride. I hope this video gives an impact and becomes your very own small body positive community.
In the 6th episode of Kwentos with Lea, it's just me answering questions of topics that can go about just anything. I think it's about time I start tackling topics that should be talked about. Here are the questions I answered:
This episode was really fun, literal na “ungkatan ng past”. I hope you find our podcast fun and you enjoyed our kwentos. In episode 5 of Kwentos with Lea, I am joined by one of my best friends from kindergarten. We’ve known each other for 16 years and have shared a huge part of our lives with one another and yes, one huge chunk of that was our love lives and other experiences. We went to Instagram to get questions from our followers on topics or love advices they want to hear from us. Aside from the q&a, we also talked about moving on, red flags, sexual harassment, labels, and online relationships due to the pandemic. Here’s the list of the topics we’ll talk about:
In episode 4 of Kwentos with Lea, I asked my best friend Nicho all the way from California to give me insights on how it generally was to migrate, how it felt, the experience, and certain realizations. He also shared some racial preferences at work, the concept of luck in landing in a good job, and structural frameworks in companies that heads decisions on the company’s direction. He talked about home tidying tips, the old debate whether to buy or rent a car, and more. I enjoyed hearing from Nicho and learning from his experiences and I hope you enjoy hearing us talk about these topics.
Kwentos with Lea episode 3 is out! I had a quick chat with my friend all the way from Junior High School. Alexis and I enjoyed our chat about our experiences around online school, family, and friends which are all involved in our mental psyche. We're not experts on mental health so take our advices like a grain of salt, just a disclaimer. We talked about our experiences that have molded our mental health over the pandemic.
In this episode of Kwentos with Lea, I invited my blockmate Lhyra from my university to talk about our experience in failing our subject/s, the importance of failing, and how to deal with these events in our lives. Failure is not often well accepted especially in our current generation where we have to be quick and adept in order to survive and succeed in college, work, and career in general. Hope you enjoy this second episode of Kwentos with Lea and learn a thing or two about failures and how to work to move on from them.
