We also get an update on Lincoln University moving from the MIAA to the Great Lakes Valley Conference with LU President John Moseley. The Blair Oaks Falcons have a new boys basketball coach and Kevin Kelly interviews Coach Nick Voss.

This week, we meet Tracey Braden, the new Capital City Lady Cavaliers head basketball coach. The Central Missouri Activities Conference Track and Field Championships will be held today at Helias High School and we have Capital City Track Coach Scott Gschwender on the program. It's been a very good year for the Jefferson City Jays Boys Tennis Team and Kevin Kelly talks with Coach Henry Thompson.

It's the second day of the Helias Lady Crusaders Shootout and Soccer Coach Jon DeSha starts off our program. Jefferson City High School will host the Licklider Relays today at Adkins Stadium. We talk about the event with Jays and Lady Jays Track Coach Marshall Talley. The Jays have a new head wrestling coach and Kevin Kelly interviews coach Darrell Luebbert. He picked up career coaching win number 400 recently and Southern Boone Baseball Coach Brian Ash joins the show to talk about that milestone as well as Eagles baseball.

We head to Augusta, Georgia and the 87th Masters with John Boyette, Executive Editor of the Aiken Standard Newspaper. It's the final day of the Jefferson City Jays Baseball Classic and Kevin Kelly talks with Jays coach Kyle Lasley and Capital City coach Brett Skinner. Helias golf coach Jay Higgins also joins the show to talk about the 2023 edition of the Crusaders boys golf team.

The high school spring sports season is underway. Kevin Kelly talks soccer with Capital City Lady Cavaliers coach Travis Cairer and Jefferson City Lady Jays coach Scott Blake. Helias coach Chris Wyrick and Blair Oaks coach Mike DeMilia also join the show to talk about the start of their baseball seasons.

30 years ago, the Jefferson City Jays won their first state basketball title. Kevin Kelly, 1992-1993 head coach Jim Byland and assistant coach David Fox take a look back at that 1993 state title season. We also review a great 2022-2023 basketball season for the Jefferson City Jays with coach Josh Buffington and talk to Ryan Fick, the new head basketball coach of the Capital City Cavaliers.

It's the final weekend of the high school basketball season. Tom Kremer, Steve Duncan and David Fox talk about the MSHSAA Show-Me Showdown in Springfield. They're also joined by Jefferson City Jays coach Josh Buffington as they preview the Jays' 3rd place game later today. Coach Kay Foster is also on the show as we look back at a very good year for the Jefferson City Lady Jays in basketball.
