His kit which involves a quick saliva test takes testing costs from $4000 to $250 dollars, just 1/16th the price. Othman explains how combining computer science with biology  has contributed to the drop in price and he also discusses how they're marketing this idea to physicians and insurance companies. Kym asks him about testing children when a parent is a known carrier and plans for future types of testing.
