We begin this resilience practice with a story of a tree on a desert island, surviving and adapting to the climate and occasional hurricanes. Using the metaphor of a tree in a storm, we explore or own unique qualities, our softness and our strength. We will practice becoming self-aware and compassionately and honestly look inward to help separate ourselves from our limiting beliefs. Explore and become curious about the beliefs and fears that come up, and see what you can release. Resilience grows in us with each new experience life brings, if we are open to learning.
This guided meditation will help you to cultivate one of the most important tools for healing and growth -- Self Love. First, we use the breath to connect to the body and present moment. We visualize our attachments to things, people, places, the external world and imagine a string connecting you to these things. Then, we let go of each attachment, string by string. Be curious about this process. This practice helps us to really drop in without distractions, centering on yourself without attachment to the world around you. From this space we connect to our 'wise self', the voice of compassion within, the parent with unconditional love, who honors you exactly as you are.
This is a guided meditation on embracing change. We move through the process of change together, acknowledging all the emotions and feelings around a change in your life. Towards the end of the meditation, you are making space and welcoming change into your life. We invite you to take time, if you wish, to journal your experience.
A guided meditation practice bringing awareness to a sense of gratitude for our breath and our bodies. We focus on the feeling and function of the breath first, to awaken gratitude from the inside and connect more deeply to your body. This simple practice may help you to overcome both the inner judgement and the power a given culture or belief may have over you. Embrace your body, feel gratitude for all the ways it supports you.
A short guided meditation to step away from the "To Do's" of the day and reconnect with your breath. This is a relaxing visualisation to sense expansion and unity with the big blue sky and the world around you, leaving you feeling peaceful, calm, and refreshed.
This meditation offers a safe space to feel all the feelings that come with grief, understanding that grief is how we process the pain of loss. We offer ourselves compassion for the journey we are on, we give space to feel, to breathe, to be, and we practice gratitude and appreciation for the joy and love in the memories we keep.
This meditation journey is perfect for those days when you feel overwhelmed with life around you. It highlights the beauty we have within us using a simple mantra, "it's a beautiful day inside". We cultivate our pure light from the inside so that it may shine outward into those areas of our life we need it most.
This guided meditation is the perfect TIME OUT from the busyness of the Holidays - it allows you space to acknowledge your emotions or anything that comes up for you, to clear and reset your energy and mood, and to focus on the heart of the holidays - connection, peace, and joy!
In this practice, we identify our WISE SELF, the voice that is calm, collected, strong, resilient, brave, kind, compassionate, loving, and deeply true to who we are in the present moment. The saying "wisdom is within" is quite literally true. This meditation practice first connects you to your Wise Self and then offers space for you to form questions you are seeking solutions for. Just asking the question can be transformative. We learn, through this meditation and journaling exercise, how to listen to our Wise voice within.
