SEPTA said a fight broke out on a Route 54 bus in North Philadelphia around 3:30 p.m. on Friday near Germantown and Lehigh avenues, then escalated to a man getting stabbed in the face, arm and neck.

According to our newsgathering partners at NBC10, the man got off the bus after the stabbing and went to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The incident is under investigation. No arrests have been made.

A Philly man already convicted of recording Villanova students without their knowledge will spend up to five years in state prison after admitting that he stole private photos of women he knew and posted them on the internet.

In a 10-5 decision, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals ruled New Jersey’s ban on so-called assault weapons is unconstitutional. The court also threw out the state’s ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

General Mills is recalling more than 700,000 Pillsbury dinner rolls from store shelves because they could contain glass.

The rolls were distributed in 18 states, including Pennsylvania.

The recall includes Pillsbury Bread Rolls, the Hard Roll Dough and the Kaiser Roll Dough. The Hard Roll Dough has a "best used by date" of Oct. 12, 2026, and the Kaiser Roll Dough by Oct. 13, 2026.

They were marketed to businesses like bakeries and delis rather than individual consumers.
