Common Pleas Court is ordering Sheriff Rochelle Bilal to provide a full accounting of every sale since she took office six years ago, along with a plan to handle payments and deliver deeds "promptly."

The Inquirer reports Bilal or a representative from her office will have to appear at a public hearing in July to argue why a court-appointed "special master" should not be brought in to oversee the process.

The order comes just weeks after Bilal told City Council her office was running "full blast."

The Inquirer says a review of city records, court documents, and interviews shows the deed problem has not been fixed, and in some cases, has gotten worse.

Upper Darby Township police are looking for two men who are wanted in connection with an armed robbery on the 7100 block of Clover Lane near Crosley Avenue early Saturday morning.

Police identify the suspects as Anthony Battle and Laqwone Bennett.

Both men are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who encounters them is urged to call 911 or the Upper Darby Police Department right away.

People who live on the street have been calling the city about it for more than a year. It's at the intersection of Delphine and American streets.

Trudy Ellerbee says it's gotten so big that it's almost impossible to avoid and catches drivers off guard.

She and her neighbors have resorted to trying to fix it themselves. They've tried covering it with boards and filling it with stones and big rocks.

The pothole is in Councilmember Cindy Bass's district. She says she is working with the city to get repairs done.

A new Whole Foods is coming to Philadelphia.

It'll be at the corner of 23rd and South streets, replacing the South Square Supermarket.

The "Whole Foods Market Daily Shop" is smaller than typical grocery stores from the chain owned by Amazon, like the one 14 blocks away at 9th and South streets.

No opening date has been set yet. The company says it'll be sometime in the next couple of years.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner says he welcomes a public hearing to discuss the GOP's criticism of Philadelphia's immigration policies.

The Republican chair of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, sent a letter to the DA, the police commissioner and the sheriff that reads, “We write to request information about your office’s sanctuary policies, which ultimately endanger the communities you serve."

Krasner says he has spoken with the city's attorney and the sheriff.

The sheriff’s office had no comment. The city said the solicitor will handle a response to the committee’s request.

The man accused of making a hit list of Pennsylvania lawmakers is expected in court on Thursday for a preliminary hearing.

42-year-old Adam Berryhill of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is charged with making terroristic threats.

One state representative says he cried when he learned he was one of 20 Democratic state lawmakers on the list.

Authorities say Berryhill posted pictures of the lawmakers alongside pictures of guns and threats to shoot them.

He also mentioned a "Memorial Day Operation."

Prosecutors say his hit list also included House Speaker Joanna McClinton, State Sen. Sharif Street, and state reps Jordan Harris and Chris Rabb.

There is no doubt that the GLP-1 medications have been a major success story in healthcare. For people with obesity, the use of these medications can not only help them lose weight but also help control blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and improve liver health. However, according to a new report in the New England Journal of Medicine, there are as many as 17% of people with normal weight using the medications to look better.

A convicted sex offender from Delaware County wanted on repeat charges has been captured in Florida, where he'd apparently been living in the woods.

US Marshals arrested 46-year-old Joseph Mazzoni in Naples.

They shared photographs of a shelter, constructed from a tarp, tree trunks, and palm fronds.

Authorities believe someone was helping him try to avoid capture.

Mazzoni is facing charges involving images of child sexual abuse.

He's awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
