One of the five teenagers who was arrested during a violent clash with police during an anti-ICE protest in Quakertown last month could have their felony charges dismissed.

All five teens have a court date on Friday. They were arrested when students and police clashed during an anti-ICE protest. Quakertown Police Chief Scott McElree was seen on video in plain clothes apparently putting a girl in a chokehold. He is on workers' compensation leave.
