A former Eagles' nest could be your new home.
Fletcher Cox has put his place in Gloucester County on the market, asking $1.5 million.
It's a 5,600-square-foot, four-bed, five-bath house in Mullica Hill.
The 1.5-acre property features a pool with waterfalls and a bar, as well as an outdoor kitchen.
The legendary defensive tackle retired in 2023 after 12 years with the Birds.
He spent part of his off-time renovating the home.
The listing agent tells the Philadelphia Business Journal that Cox designed and picked everything, including a $10,000 chandelier that hangs above the grand staircase at the front entrance.
