The City Controller says nearly all of the speed bumps installed around Philadelphia schools last year are too steep and don't comply with the blueprints.
In a report out Thursday, Controller Christy Brady says some of the speed cushions are two to three times higher than they should be, and could pose a safety risk for drivers and emergency responders.
The Streets Department tells KYW Newsradio it needs time to review the report before responding.
