Philadelphia’s first women’s-focused sports bar took South Street by storm in September. KYWs Newsradio's Shara Dae Howard caught up with the owner of the bar to hear how business is going.

It's a South Philly Christmas Eve tradition more than 100 years strong. There was a big line at Termini Bros. Bakery dark and early this morning as people waited to pick up treats and desserts for the holiday.

The principal of a Montgomery County elementary school has been fired after he was heard on voicemail making antisemitic remarks.

The Wissahickon School Board voted Tuesday night to remove Philip Leddy from his role at Lower Gwynedd Elementary School in Ambler. The school district's superintendent had recommended to the board to fire Leddy, describing his comments as “antisemitic and fundamentally contrary to the district’s values.”

Former Lower Gwynedd principal Sue Kanopka is taking over interim duties.

At least two people are dead and 20 are injured after Tuesday's gas explosion at the Bristol Health and Rehab Center, formerly Silver Lake Nursing Home, in Bucks County. Officials said rescue efforts have ended as all residents and staff are accounted for. KYW Newsradio's Tim Jimenez has the latest from Bristol.
