Kada Scott's death has been ruled a homicide.

That's according to Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore who says that the Medical Examiner's report has been released.

The 23-year-old Kada Scott disappeared from her Nursing Home job at the beginning of the month...Her body was recovered near a vacant middle school in East Germantown over the weekend.

Vanore says investigators have completed their work and are recommending murder charges for the district attorney's office.
