Dr. Tommy John is the special guest in this podcast. He is someone with an experience of 20+ years working on healing and performance. He is also the author of the book Minimize Injury, Maximize Performance, a Sport´s Parent Survival Guide. I decided to contact him because of his view and disagreement of how things are being handled with the Covid-19 pandemic.
