December 31, 2018 That's A Wrap
As the year is coming to a close, I like to reflect on the past 12 months. The good, the bad, the positive, the negative, the adventures, the lessons, the blessings. ALL OF IT.
In 2018 I have stepped even deeper into my spirituality. Became more in tune with myself & my soul. I have tapped even further into my consciousness & rewired my brain of limiting beliefs. I have leveled up. I have learned so much about myself, about life, about others. I became closer to God.
This year definitely kicked my ass but I kicked it right back. Thank you 2018 for everything, now its on to the next.
I pray that this new year will bring you balance, abundance, more love, more peace, more self discovery, more adventures, more experiences. Speak all of the things you want into existence. The world is yours my friend. I love you all, namaste.

Fall into yourself, drink your water, meditate, laugh often, breathe consciously, practice mindfulness, practice gratitude, be open to change, do what you love & do it often, educate yourself, read books, keep a journal, purge the toxicity in your life, be kind, learn to enjoy your own company, stop judging, stop comparing yourself, think positively, forgive yourself & others.
Know better, do better, become better.
The real glow up was never meant to be external.

I’ve had my fair share of friends. I had a super big social circle. Always was out & about with this one & that one.
As I got older those friendships diminished. Why? Well 1 because people change, people branch out do different things, people go down different paths, which is okay it’s a part of life. But a lot of those friendships diminished because I was friends with toxic people.
