From there, she transitioned into the retail sector, leading design teams at Nordstrom, where she developed product, packaging, merchandising, and retail experiences.
Currently, she's a consultant for a diverse range of clients and educates people worldwide about design and user research. She thrives when exploring new and diverse ideas and designing across various disciplines. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative nature, she is recognized as a fearless, jolly, and curious entrepreneur and a leader in design, research, and business-led solutions.
But to her, this isn't merely a job. It's a fundamental part of who she is and how she lives her life. Her journey is about exploring and enjoying life in many facets, setting an example for her family, and contributing to her personal and professional communities. She is a lifelong student, with design thinking woven into her DNA.
