When I was planning for for the Passion and Purpose event in 2019, I was searching for really cool, female led companies who could be involved - ones who offered products or services, that truly helped women to be at their best. Somehow, in my endless Instagram scrolling, I found Helen Hall. Helen is The founder of several companies - at under the age of 30, her list of accomplishments is truly awe inspiring. She is the creator of my go to smoothie addition, the Blender Bomb. Blender bombs are omega-3 rich smoothie boosters, designed to make your smoothie the ultimate meal replacement. What started out as a side hustle has now grown exponentially, and branched out into many different ventures. Helen lives and breathes an 80/20 mentality in health and her business. With no signs of slowing down anytime soon - Helen Hall is just at the beginning of her journey.
