Sometimes, the only way to heal and move forward, is to look back and unlock the boxes of trauma you've been storing for a long time.

When our roots are deep, so is our hurt. After a year of self reflection, self evaluation and healing the deepest wounds my soul has been hiding, we are celebrating the ONE YEAR birthday of this podcast by dreaming new and big dreams for the future while celebrating that we are on the other side of one of the toughest years we have ever lived.
