  • A Journey thru music with songwriter Stephfon on new music
    Stephfon is far from new to the music industry. Originally from Pasadena, California from a musically inclined family, Stephfon began singing at eight. Growing up in church watching his mother perform as a professional singer and dancer; he gradually being introduced to the Hollywood scene. Stephfon has his own unique style from crooning to his special tag after every verse. 

    As a young artist, Stephfon was influenced by music from Usher, Ne-Yo, Stevie Wonder, Tank, and Black Street. Wanting to create his own sound, Stephfon started writing his own songs at the age of thirteen naming his first song “Not Quite a Man”. Throughout his early teenage years, Stephfon performed in local talent shows catching the eyes of producers and record label executives across the country. He was introduced to Track Boyz producer Joe Capo, who produced his first single “It’s True,” which received significant support from local radio stations.

    Motivated by his achievements, Stephfon set a clear path to increasing his exposure, entering national talent showcases sponsored by Ne Yo, Janet Jackson, and Diddy at the age of eighteen. 

    In 2010, Stephfon moved to Charlotte, NC where he continued to work with producers to create his signature sound. Stephfon’s big break came in 2011 when meeting Baton Rouge native and former Radio Director, Chris Clay. He was selected from thousands of artists in North and South Carolina areas to participate in “The pride of The Carolinas” project. The Pride of The Carolinas featured Stephfon’s nationally released single, “That Guy.” Which debuted in February 2012. Leading him to sign with Platinum Vybe Recordings, who produced his first album entitled “Rhythm & Me.” Also being featured on HBO Documentary Interracial Dating in America: “Going Deeper” soundtrack, produced by Platinum Vybe Films.

    Barbara began a stage career at age 15 with Little Theatre Productions.  A demanding performance schedule sometimes required appearances in three states a day. At 19, Barbara enrolled in formal studies of music, theater, and dance at Indiana University. Although she had been steeped in classical music forms from childhood, jazz and blues fanned her inner fire as an entertainer coming of age. When an offer came to perform in Las Vegas, she was "all in." She relocated to Nevada and, over the next 14 years, captivated audiences with inspired interpretations of jazz standards, show tunes, and popular songs across genres. Barbara became known not only for her pure voice and exceptional, five-octave range but for her ability to connect with audiences emotionally and draw them into the music. When the USO came calling, Barbara answered and joined the show, traveling the globe for three years as a featured entertainer, lifting the spirits of our men and women in uniform. Back at home, Barbara formed "Jazzin," her own ensemble, and her duo, Side by Side, with pianist, singer, and composer, John Michael O'Leary, is a perfect example of bringing jazz and timeless classics with a flair for love & laughter to audiences of all ages.     Monk Owens, a native of Chicago Illinois, was raised by grandparents thru Church.  In 2013, Monk moved to Indianapolis Indiana. His interest in singing sparked off doing karaoke in a studio with some guys. Monk has been in the music industry for 7 years strong. He lives his life based mostly on his Christian values taught by his Grandmother. He began his music career in November of 2015 in Indianapolis with an R&B  Group named Double RT but the Group parted ways in July of 2016. Monk Owens went solo as he continued to work with a former band member and friend named Reign. Monk enjoys writing and recording music that helps people make it through everyday life experiences. He's a man of his word and a hard-working man with love & compassion in his heart for people.

    Born in Chicago, raised in South Bend, IN, and a graduate of John Adams High School, Ivy Tech College, and attendee of IUSB College for Business. Anthony TSwang Gullens got started doing music while living in Chicago, IL by listening to his Uncle, Mother & Father, and Grandparents’ listening to Blues, Funk, R&B, Pop, and Gospel music. He picked up his first instrument while imitating Michael Jackson and James Brown on TV. From elementary through High and some College TSwang got into music classes and Vocal Choir. Fast forward to 1994 he was in a group by the name of N.I.N.E and wrote his first hit for the group which aired on a local radio station from his hometown in South Bend, IN. Since then Tswang has opened for Drake, Lyfe Jennings, Jeremih, Carl Thomas, Genuwine, The Notre Dame Football Pep Rally, Trina, Sonya D, Michael Colyar, Michel’le, Full Force, Bizzy Bone, Jagged Edge, Usher, The Whispers, Rome, & The Public Announcement.,
    His brand new Singles V.I.P Status feat Lady Resin, and his groundbreaking single I Aint No Quit-TA 
    He got a chance to submit some studio projects to The New Swing King himself Teddy Riley.
    The second song I Aint No Quitta written by himself and produced by J-Stylz . “V.I.P Status feat Lady Resin” and “I Aint No Quitta” are finely crafted studio productions, fully written by TSwang. “V.I.P. Status” features the powerful vocals of both TSwang and Lady Resin. The track is intense with its bass-filled beats. “I Ain’t No Quitta '' features a fully realized hip hop melody with TSwang’s unique take on hip hop. TSwang has gained fame opening for artists and also written songs for other artists in the studios like Teddy Riley and worked with Thrill Tha Playa from the 69 Boyz. TSwang is quickly becoming a headliner in the hip-hop scene.
