Happy new year everyone! 

Over the last few weeks on hiatus, we have taken time to reflect on the year and our podcast.  We realize that as we transition and grow our professional identities, so must our creative endeavours. It’s a tough decision, but we have decided to take a step back to further reflect on our goals and next steps. We don’t know entirely what that is yet but we are excited to start brainstorming. This may be the end of LadySh!t, but it’s definitely not the end for Lily and Britt.

It took us 25 episodes, but we finally got around to creating an episode with our first interviewee! We are so excited to chat with registered psychologist, Nicole Perry. Nicole is a sought-out feminist therapist in Edmonton, Alberta who specializes in working with clients on boundaries, shame, and resilience. She discusses the role of values in setting boundaries, why listening to boundaries is tough (especially for women), and how we can all start doing a better job of honouring our boundaries.
