God put into creation rythms of rest, daily, weekly and seasonally. These are not prohibitions from work. Instead they are opportunities to trust Him and interupt our labors.

The second rest is emotional. It is peace in all circumstances.

The Bible cannot be just soundbites. Reading and study require context. This is certainly true of Christ invitation to rest.

Assumption is the lowest form of intellegence. Giving meanings for baptistm and communion. Defining and explaining what the Bible says about both and how they should speak to us.

What is the melody that defines your life? David pledges to the Lord the song and music that will guide his kingship. From his words we gain insight in the music that should score our lives.

Understand Christ strength in our brokenness and weakness.

REST, what does this mean for each of us and the church. Today is the introduction to the deeper search for ourselves and the church. How are we to respond to Christ’s invitation to rest?
