For much of the season, the Lakers' defense under coach JJ Redick had been a source of frustration for fans, as the team's efforts continually had them languishing in the lower defensive rankings in the NBA. But since January 14th, the Lakers' tides (and effort) on the defensive end have turned and since (even without AD) have become one of the top defenses in the NBA. What has happened?
