Lame" is a slang word that means boring, unexciting, or just not cool.

Examples:

1- The concert was so lame—the singer barely even moved on stage!

2- I bought a cool Halloween costume, but my friend just wore jeans and a T-shirt and said he was ‘a regular guy.’ So lame!
