They’re suing for a rent refund, security deposit, and harassment. The defendant says the plaintiff posted derogatory things online, so she’s suing for defamation and unpaid rent.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant reconnected on Facebook and got married months later. The plaintiff claims the defendant was a prostitute while they were married. The plaintiff changed the locks to their home and claims the defendant damaged his home in anger. He’s suing for property damages and a stolen laptop. The defendant admits she destroyed some of his personal items, but argues the plaintiff assaulted her. She’s countersuing for defamation and pain and suffering.
