Paolo De Sousa, the captain of the Oklahoma Sooners Division 1 hockey team joined Langerr at the Mike today! He's also my former teammate from the HCC hockey program where we played High School Division 1 hockey in Quebec. We discussed his journey from Laval, QC, to Junior A hockey in Ontario, to playing five years at the University of Oklahoma. We also talked about his connections to fellow Sooners CeeDee Lamb, Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield and Mark Andrews and reminisced about our days at HCC.

Personal Trainer Noam Gorelik joined the show today! Noam also served in the Israeli army and founded LiveOff Fitness, his own training business. We talked about some of his experience in the army, and we shared our advice for staying physically active and mentally strong with most of Canada under lockdown.

Sportsnet broadcaster and roundtable host Hugh Burrill joined Langerr at the Mike for a 30 minute interview! We talked about his experience covering the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Blue Jays, and we briefly shared our thoughts on the Habs offseason so far. Hugh is also a fan of the Washington Football team, so we talked a bit about the historic Cowboys-Washington rivalry.
