Love this book... Zach was my favorite. I actually read it again today. Can not seem to get enough of this series... love it...love it....love it...

Harvey is in a miserable place. He's the only survivor in a car crash that claimed the lives of his parents. I felt so many things for Harvey. The disaster his life became after the crash was so sad. He had so many cards against him and he constantly wars with himself. He believes he's been wronged by everyone including his Aunt who

"stole" his company when he was in the hospital. That fuels his anger and he spends much of his time and energy plotting revenger on her.

It is apparent Maxwell loves Harvey and really just wants to help him. He's stuck by Harvey through it all and was the only person Harvey kept around. Even after he treated him so poorly, Maxwell never entertained the thought of leaving Harvey. He had his own demons to deal with too. I really enjoyed him.

Kelsey and Harvey seem to be right for each other. They had a fair amount of chemistry. I really loved her and felt she had the right amount of intrigue and pressure to get Harvey to finally open up. Coming from a childhood of nothing, she never uses Harvey's rich boy behavior against him. She's a tough cookie but handles Harvey with sincerity and compassion. The beauty/beast dynamic works so well.

I received this book for an honest review. this my first book ive listen to by this author I thought this book was an good book to listen to to had my attention from beginning to end

Drew is very damaged from a bad relationship that caused her to be abused, exploited and ultimately caused her to lose her first child in a violent way! But she does not stay a victim, she get help, and with the love of good friends and new sweet man, she becomes whole again....I cried a lot during this book ans was very pleased with the happy ending!

Meghan did a great job on her narration and I loved this book!!

surprisingly better than expected...

Where does Striving for Normal rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?

This is a well written book with great organization and planning. I didn't expect the book to be this good if I were to be honest. However, the story was really strong and great narration.

What other book might you compare Striving for Normal to and why?

I haven't read one like it. 50 shades of grey was completely different. I see other reviews comparing the two but honestly this book had more story than 50 Shades and the sex was steamy.

Have you listened to any of Meghan Kellys other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have never listen to Meghan Kelly's performances before but I really enjoyed her. She did a fantastic job. She is one of the top performances I have heard and I listen to many books. The only constructive criticism I would give would be to fine tune the male voices they tend to get a little awkward but same problem for most female narrators.

She speaks clear, concise, and fast but not to quick.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Hot, steamy and leaves you wanting more.

Short Romance Novel with Great Characters

What made the experience of listening to Bad Boy Romance: Tagged the most enjoyable?

The story was enjoyable. The lead male actually saves the lead female from a rape and beating by her boyfriend and she feels drawn to this mysterious man. They seem to keep meeting up. The story is believable and the situations possible.

What did you like best about this story?

The loving way in which the author presents the love between the characters. It does have some serious sexual content, but that content is written in a delicate and loving manner as each of the main characters only wish to please each other.

Which scene was your favorite?

The female lead is a photographer and journalist that is writing about street art. She meets the male lead in a rail yard and he admits that he is a street art artist and shows her some of his work. The scene had some action and you got to know the characters better

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I enjoyed the ending when we find out if the characters will stay together or not. Bancroft tends to write stories with happy endings; endings you actually want to see, and this book is no different.

Any additional comments?

This is a short Romance that can be listened to in a small amount of time. It is short and sweet and packs a punch into that little bit of time.

The end of the Twilight Saga s long gone and the Fifty Shades of Grey movie was kind of a disappointment. So what's next? And even more importantly, what do we read in the meantime?

Well, I have the answer to the last question here! This book is a really interesting, suspenseful, engaging read that's digestible enough for you to read on the ride to work, on your lunch-break, or before bed.

You've got nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain. Once you finish it, you'll be hungry for a sequel just like me!

A real bad boy romance!

This was a lot of fun to listen to! The female narrator hits the mark and the writing is excellent. If you are looking for pure entertainment then look no further. This audio has definitely given me some ideas!

This was a wonderful and heart wrenching story.....it ranks way up there!!!

I liked how it was based on faith and healing....its a christian story...and it was really beautiful....I cried and cried!!!

Barb...she was so wounded..and needed help in the worst way...she had lost her faith...could not trust, or truly let herself be loved....but when she opened her heart back up to God....and a good man...she started to heal...Meghan broke my heart with her performance...it was so great...I cried like a baby..and am still a little weepy!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Oh Yes...I cried and cried...and cried some more...my heart hurt for Barb....and I have such a respect for this character..to have went through such a terrible experience and still have kept her baby and just let her love envelope this child with no hatred...it is truly amazing...but in doing so, she cut herself of from her own healing process...and I am so glad she finally got her happy ending!

First off, this was an amazing performance by Meghan Kelly...I was truly blown away...the raw emotion in Barb was flawless...and it truly ripped out my heart! lol

Don't waste your time!

This was so poorly written, don't waste your time. I couldn't tell if it was the poor narration or the terrible writing but this was such a poorly, pathetic story. It felt like you could never get to the bottom of the story of what was really going on. Now I see why I couldn't find very many reviews written on this book.

I love everything she has written and I highly recommend any book she has written.

Contemporary romance with a blizzard theme!

Although I prefer historical romance to contemporary ones, this was a pretty good book. Two novellas are in it and a snowstorm figures into each one. Chelsea and Ian were the characters in the first novella, One Mad Night. They worked at an ad agency and did not get along. In fact, they acted like they hated each other. I guess I don't like books set in the cut-throat business world or ones where the would-be lovers hate each other at first. They were in competition for accounts and a promotion. Due to a blizzard, they were snowed in together and changed their attitudes about each other.

I liked The Bridesmaid best, the second novella in the book. Kate and Joe were traveling by air, car, and train in order to get to Seattle. Kate had to attend a wedding as a bridesmaid. Bad weather and an air traffic controller strike were why they had to go by car and train. One mad dash to get to Seattle in time. This one was cute and more enjoyable than the first one. I liked the characters and they got along better than the ones in the first novella.

not traditional âromanceâ in terms of the styling, this story is cute and fun, the perfect getaway read.

A wonderfully fun novella that is set to follow Chelsea over a 24 hour period. Julia London has built this story with a strong female character, battling the glass ceiling in the male-dominated advertising world. Her current obsession is to gain the advertising account for Tessla, but the agency partners have been playing her along, never quite giving her the plum accounts.

Chelseaâs attitude, approach and demeanor are all hands off â she thinks this projects strength and confidence, while her co-workers find her prickly and unapproachable.
