Lt. Governor Howie Morales called into the Bravo Mic studios with Lyndsey Kalson- he'll be making rounds in Dona Ana County Friday, October 30th to address the need for more COVID-19 testing site to reduce long lines and wait times, along with the public need for access to Flu shots available through the NM Department of Health.

City of Las Cruces is hosting Spooky Las Cruces, an interactive and virtual celebration for ghouls of all ages.

The celebration has four components: A safety campaign called “Keep it Spooky; Make it Safe,” a Drive-Thru Trick or Treat; a blog with low-risk ideas to celebrate Halloween and free activity kits that parents can pick up; and a virtual event that will be broadcast on the City’s Facebook page CityofLasCruces at 2 p.m. October 31.

They talk about what to expect from the event going digital this year due to COVID-19 and how to get help for yourself or someone you love get the help they need. It's going to be a night to celebrate recovery with speakers, music, and art contest and more. The event will be put on by the City of Las Cruces Suicide Prevention Task Force.
