What's up, Internet? On this week's episode of Last Word Soccer Club Radio, Rachael Kriger and Dan Sperry get together to chat all things NWSL, ahead of the 2023 season. The new season kicks off on March 25.

Rachael and Dan split the teams and break down all 12 sides, highlighting key players to watch and the eye-turning moves of the offseason. Dan talks about why everyone wants to join the Kansas City Current and Rachael tells listeners why they should believe in the Orlando Pride and Racing Louisville.

Later, the two break down their way-too-early NWSL end of the season awards, including MVP and Coach of the Year, while also giving their picks for who will make the playoffs.

What's up, Internet? We've got a special episode for you all. Rachael Kriger, our lead Seattle Sounders writer, has an exclusive interview with Megan Young, the strength and conditioning coach for the Sounders.

The two spoke about Megan's experience and she started working in athletic training, and then moving to strength and conditioning. They discussed Megan's journey as a cancer survivor and her time with the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women's Soccer League. Also, Megan and Rachael had some fun, with questions about goalkeepers she could sneak a penalty pass and who her go-to teammates would be in a game of soccer tennis.

What's up, Internet? For the second week in a row, the trio of Rachael Kriger, Felipe Vallejo and Jamie Rooke bring you all the discussion about MLS and the league's opening weekend. 

The trio react to St. Louis' shocking win over Austin FC, 3-2, to kick off their MLS debut. Meanwhile, Rachael gives all the credit to Nashville, while Jamie gives insight into the New England victory. Felipe laments the Whitecaps loss, while Rachael gives Jordan Morris and the Seattle Sounders their kudos. 

The three then give their thumbs up and thumbs down of the week. Felipe can't stop talking about St. Louis and South African manager Bradley Carnell, while Jamie and Rachael discuss tactics from FC Dallas and Seattle. 

Finally, the crew does pick 'ems and for last words, Felipe gives an update into the Canadian Soccer Association's new management. Rachael discusses the news of Wendie Renard, Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Kadidiatou Diani's decision to step away from the French women's national team until changes are made to coaching and the federation.

Sean and Marc go through another week in Video Games with both having early impressions of Like a Dragon: Ishin and the retail version of Theatrhythm Final Bar Line. Does Ishin continue the fun and crazy legacy of the other formerly Yakuza games? Does the Samurai aspect translate to more than just fans of the series? How much of an entry point into the wide world of Like a Dragon is this?Sean also has some early thoughts on the controversial Atomic Heart. The Bioshock-inspired game dropped last week on consoles and Xbox Game Pass. Does it make Marc excited to play it? How much Russian propaganda is in the game?
