  • Last Word on Sens Podcast: Montreal Canadiens Season Preview with Andrew Berkshire

Alex is back with episode five in his season preview series. Today, he switches over to the Eastern teams in this division. Starting with the Montreal Canadiens season preview. Alex has writer from the Montreal Gazette, Andrew Berkshire joining him to discuss the season.

The two break down a bunch of topics, such as an underrated Canadiens forward core heading into the year. They also look at why the defence is a question mark purely based on development and usage. As well, the guys discuss what to expect from Carey Price, who is still one of the league's most feared goalies from a player and coach's perspective. However, lots of stats suggest he may not be the same goalie from a few years ago... At least not when he is in a high usage situation. From there, Alex and Andrew discuss what to expect from Montreal this season and where they should fall in this Canadian Division.

After that, they take a look at what seems to be happening with players asking out of Winnipeg. • MnM Hockey Podcast - NHL Central Division Preview

Alex and Chace are back for their final 2021 division preview. Today, they take a look at the NHL Central Division. As always, they start by looking at the teams they feel will be in the lottery hunt. Including why they will be there, if there's a chance they won't, and why it is good or bad. Including what they have to do to escape the lottery eventually. Next, they shift to teams that are in the hunt for the playoffs. Breaking down where each team's season could go well or poorly. Finally, they take a look at the teams that they believe should be competing for the division lead.

In this division, there are two teams in the top and bottom tier generally speaking. That leaves four for the middle one in what should be a pretty interesting playoff race for the final two spots. The guys discuss strengths and weaknesses and what they plan on keeping an eye on the most this season.

On this final and special episode of Video Games 2 the MAX for 2020 hosts Sean Garmer and Marc Morrison are joined by Randy Isbelle and Jens Dietrich in discussing and debating what belongs on the list of this year's 25 Best Games.

This is our second of two podcasts looking back at the year that was 2020. Although we do nominate some new games that weren't previously discussed, please make sure to listen to our previous episode where we discussed our Personal Top 10 Games to get a more in-depth reasoning as to what games wound up making the majority of the list, as this episode is mostly about ranking those games. The discussion as to what we loved about them happened on the previous episode.

There are still some fun debates here and passionate speeches, but don't go in expecting a ton of talk about the games themselves.

Also, the last 10 minutes or so is a discussion on some highlights from the gaming year.
