  • Dress For Success & Be Mentally Healthy!
All Art Lewin Bespoke suits are handmade in our shop in order to maintain the highest quality. When you want a custom-tailored garment, you want it to be well-made and to have its own individuality. All of our custom suits are hand cut and handmade, right down to the boutonniere and coat button holes, by our own skilled tailors. Other than reinforcing the seams (which requires tight machine stitching), our suits are completely created by hand, requiring more than 55 hours of hand work. Art Lewin, founder of Bespoke, visits with Mark Alyn on this episode of Late Night Health to discuss how dressing well can help you maintain good mental health!

  • Let Your Inner Golden Sparkle Shine
Sarah Vie shares her thoughts with us.
    I am passionate about children.
I have always felt the innocence of their spirited and loving souls; their ability to be present with not a care in the world. From the first breath children inhale, they are pureness and light. There is a sense of authentic joy, peace and love within their life force energy.
I saw this light in other children, when I was young, but I never experienced or felt it for myself. The innocence and childlike play that escaped my life, allowed me to follow my passion. What makes children not believe in who they are and not love themselves unconditionally, as they grow into adulthood? This has always fascinated me as I was one of those children that only now has healed her inner scar.
Sarah visits with Mark Alyn on this edition of Late Night Health.

  • Hello, Health - Saving 21st Century Families
According to the CDC, approximately 4.5 million children in the United States have been diagnosed with a behavior problem. Another 4.4 million have been diagnosed with anxiety and 6.1 million with ADHD.[i] A troubling number of these children may have underlying health concerns that go unnoticed are being prescribed medication for the symptoms. One government report demonstrated that 75% of children with ADHD were on medication.[ii] What if part or all of the answer to resolving a child’s behavior problems relied not upon treating the symptoms, but instead upon balancing their gut microbiome? As strange as it might sound, studies have shown that an imbalanced gut microbiome plays a role in conditions such as autism,[iii] asthma and allergies,[iv] diabetes,[v] and more. In one remarkable story detailed by Discover magazine, a mom enrolled her autistic son in an Arizona State University study to resolve his digestive issues only to see incredible improvements in her son’s behavior – his troubled speech patterns and outbursts seemed to disappear just a few weeks into the trial. [vi] Similarly, Pamela Wirth’s experience to revitalize her young son’s health led her to a greater understanding about the connection between the gut, brain and immune system which she shares in her book, hello, health, and Hello Health’s natural, holistic supplements to help children reach their full potential. Pamela chats with Mark Alyn.
