Whenever your company ship with FedEx express or ground, you have a guaranteed delivery date and time. If the package is delivered even one minute late, you are entitled to a full refund. To emphasize, FedEx will NOT notify you of the late package. FedEx will not voluntarily give money back. So what happens when you have a late FedEx package, but the refund credit is denied?
