Listen to this new episode where I interview the one and only Jessie Medina where she shares her purpose in helping women find their voice and their passion through her FemLatinas movement and recently opening up the first Latina owned co-working space in the West Coast!
April is Sexual Awareness Month and in this episode Jesse Medina opens up about one of the bravest things she's ever did, which was report the sexual harassment that was going on within her professional work and from the president of the company. She shares her experience and how this moment motivated her to help others find their voice.
You will also learn her journey that she had to go through with opening up the first Latina owned co-working space in the West Coast and how she fought to get funding and how she never lost her drive despite all the challenges she had to overcome.
Please know that this episode may be triggering for you if you are still healing from a very traumatic experience that has to do with sexual assault but if you listen to the episode or not please note that Jesse Medina or I are here for you and are willing to be with you if you ever ever want to speak about it. Please remember you are not alone .….and that it is not your fault.
