The voice that tells you you are not qualified to start a business is not yours. It is older than you. It is louder than you. And until you name where it actually came from, it is going to keep winning. This is the imposter syndrome episode for the Christian woman who has done everything right and still cannot believe she is allowed to start.
You finished writing your Mission Sentence last week. You read it the way I told you to. Tonight before bed. Tomorrow morning before email. You looked at it and for a few hours something inside you said yes. This is what I am doing.
And then the voice showed up.
Who do you think you are.
You. The one who works in HR. The one who teaches second grade. The one who has not finished college. The one who is forty seven years old and starting over. The one whose mother sacrificed everything so you would have a steady job and you are about to throw it away to sell something on the internet.
That voice did not start in you. And it is not telling you the truth.
I want to take you to a specific room. It is two thousand and seven. Guangzhou. I am twenty seven years old. I am sitting at a negotiating table in a factory in an industrial district you have to know exists to find. Eight men in the room. Suits. Cigarettes. Those tiny tea cups they keep refilling. I am the only woman. The only person under thirty. The only person who is not Chinese. And the entire time I am sitting there with my binder, my list of specifications, my price target I have to hold, there is a voice in my head saying quién te crees. Who do you think you are to walk in here and tell these men what your client needs.
For the first two years of my career in China, that voice was louder than I was.
What changed was not a single moment. There was no verse that suddenly spoke to me. No mentor pulling me aside. It was a slow, quiet thing that came over months. The voice telling me I did not belong was not telling me the truth. The truth was simpler. I had been called to that work. I had been prepared for that work. My languages. My education. My willingness to get on a plane. None of that was an accident. That was assignment.
And here is what I want you to hear before we go any further. I am twenty years past that factory in Guangzhou. I have built digital businesses and platforms across three continents. I have helped hundreds of believers. And the voice is still here. It showed up again when I started Reformadas. It showed up again when I started Latinpreneurs. It is showing up right now. While I am recording this episode. For you.
I am not teaching you this from the other side. I am teaching you from inside of it. The voice does not go away. Nobody has a trick that makes it go away. What I have, and what I am going to give you today, is what to do with it when it shows up.
In this episode I walk you through the three sources of the who do you think you are voice. And then I introduce you to a Titus 2 framework that is going to set you free. You do not need to be the world's leading expert. You need to be one step ahead of the woman you are helping. The older women teach the younger women. Not because they have it all figured out. Because they have walked the road first. They are one season ahead. That is what you are for someone. The fact that you have not framed it that way before does not mean you have not been doing it.
The free exercise for this episode is The Evidence File. Two pages. Three lists. What you already know — five to seven things you have actually lived. Who you are one step ahead of — three to five real people you could help today with what you know today. What is true that the voice cannot argue with — three to five sentences. Facts only. No feelings.
When the voice gets loud, you do not argue with it. You read the file. The voice deals in feelings. The file deals in facts. The file wins.

He construido negocios digitales y plataformas a través de tres continentes. He ayudado a cientos de creyentes.

You will have a morning soon when everything in you says not today.
The morning your voice shakes before you record. The night your finger hovers over the send button. The day someone in your family asks you who you think you are doing this. The afternoon a corporate job offer lands in your inbox and the old you wants to say yes just because it feels safe.
That morning is coming. For all of us. The believers who keep building through those mornings are not the ones with more talent or more time. They are the ones who wrote a sentence and read it before they opened anything else.
This is the episode where you write yours.
Last week you named the problem you were made to solve. Two weeks ago you described the specific person you are building this for. This week we take those two pages and turn them into one sentence. Four parts. One breath. The sentence that will tell you on a hard morning exactly what to do.
I want to tell you the actual story of where Latinpreneurs came from. Because it is not five years old. The idea brewed for years in conversations with hermanas in Mexico, Spain, the US, in WhatsApp voice notes I sent and forgot about. But it did not become real until October. A nudge from the Lord I could not shake. A sentence that kept showing up in my prayer journal. A door that kept cracking open in a direction I was not asking for it to open. Build it before you feel ready.
When I sat down to write the sentence that would tell me what I was building, the first version said I help women build digital businesses. True. But there are a thousand women on the internet who could say that sentence. I crossed it out. The next version said I help Latina women build digital businesses. Closer. Still not it. Because being a woman was not the why. Being Latina was not the why. Crossed it out.
I had to ask the question I should have been asking from the beginning. Why am I really doing this. Not what am I good at. Not who is asking me. Why.
What came out is the sentence I now read on the mornings I do not want to record. The one I read this week. The one that brought me to this microphone when every cell in my body wanted to push the episode to next week.
In this episode I walk you through the four parts of a Mission Sentence. Who you serve. What you solve. What changes for her. And the fourth part, the one almost every other coach skips — what this business funds in your obedience. Being home with your kids. Tithing at the level your heart has been asking you to for years. Your husband finally leaving his secular job and pastoring full time. Getting on the plane to the country whose name you have been writing in your journal for ten years.
(00:00) The morning I almost did not record this week (02:00) Latinpreneurs is not five years old, it is recent (05:00) The October nudge and the four versions of the sentence (08:00) Why a 3-part mission statement gets you a business and a 4-part one gets you a road (10:00) Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 — the parts almost every coach teaches (13:00) Part 4 — the missional why that nobody else writes (17:00) Gabriela's six-week story (20:00) The free exercise and what to do tonight
The free exercise for this episode is The Mission Sentence Card. Not a worksheet. A card. Four blanks. Your sentence written out in full. Your name. The date you wrote it. Designed to be saved as your phone wallpaper tonight before you go to sleep.
Download it free at latinpreneurs.com/thevault before Episode 7 drops. Next week, something shifts. Because once you have a sentence, the next voice that is going to show up is the voice that says who do you think you are to do this. That voice is loud. It is old. It has been with some of you for a very long time. I am not going to leave you alone with it.

A todas.
A quién sirves.
If you have been asking what should I sell, you are asking the wrong question. The right one will change everything in twenty minutes.
Last week you found her. The specific woman you are building this for. You walked away with her in your head, complete and alive. And then your brain did the thing it always does. Okay. I see her. But what do I sell her. What do I solve for her. What is the actual product.
If you spent the week trying to brainstorm a list of things you could sell and walked away more confused than when you started, this episode is for you. Because the question is not what should I sell. The question is what problem were you made to solve. Those are not the same thing. One sends you into endless market research. The other sends you back to your own life. To the chapter you walked through. To the thing you figured out the hard way. To the season you are still a little ashamed of.
I want to take you back to a specific night. Years ago, before Latinpreneurs, before Reformadas, I was sitting in my apartment in China. Four months left on a visa. Three months of savings if I did not eat much. No church behind me. No agency. Just me, four walls, and a question I was too scared to say out loud. I thought it was the worst moment of my life. Years later I understood it was not the problem. It was the curriculum. God was writing, without me realizing it, exactly what I was going to be able to teach one day.
Your assigned problem is hiding in your story. In this episode I walk you through the four questions that uncover it. You will meet Gabriela again, the special education teacher whose business funded her husband's church plant. You will hear how the chapter she was most ashamed of became the foundation of everything she built. And by the end you will have one sentence that tells you what your business does and why you are doing it.
(00:00) The wrong question that has you stuck (02:30) Why what should I sell sends you in circles (05:00) The night in China that became the curriculum (09:00) Gabriela's story and the assigned problem (14:00) The four questions that uncover yours (20:00) Why your wound is not exploitation but stewardship (24:00) The missions thread you need to hear (28:00) The free exercise and what to do this week

You have been creating. Posting. Showing up. And something is still off.
Not because you lack talent. Not because you lack time. Because you have never stopped long enough to describe the one specific person this is all for.
This is the episode that fixes that.
Before Reformadas, before Latinpreneurs, I had a business helping Latin American companies navigate China. Seven years. Factories in Guangdong. Negotiations in Mandarin. Real expertise. And for months I kept attracting the wrong clients. People who drained my energy, took my calls, and disappeared. The right ones barely made it through. I could not figure out why. Until one night in Beijing I stopped asking "what am I doing wrong" and started asking something different: who do I do my best work for. Not every company I could technically help. The one. The specific one I was built to serve. I spent an hour describing her out loud. In thirty days the wrong clients stopped coming. The right ones found me on their own.
That shift, from category to person, is what this episode teaches.
You are going to meet Gabriela, a special education teacher with nine years of experience who was trying to help all parents of kids with learning challenges. When she finally described her real who, the mom in the first ninety days after her child's diagnosis, alone in a meeting room full of specialists speaking a language she did not understand, everything changed. In sixty days she had more engagement than in an entire year of talking to everyone.
In this episode you will learn the three ways your who is hiding from you, why getting specific does not shrink your audience but magnetizes it, and why finding her is not a marketing strategy. It is an act of stewardship. God did not make you general. He made you particular. Your wounds, your story, your hardest season were preparation for one specific woman who needs exactly what you have.
The free exercise for this episode is the Persona Portrait. One page. Twenty minutes. By the end you will have a real person, with a name you give her, a before, and an after, and everything you build from here will be built for her.

Llevas tiempo creando. Publicando. Apareciendo.
Dios no te hizo general.

If you have no time to start a business, this episode is going to make you uncomfortable. Not because I'm going to push you harder. Because I'm going to show you that the time is already there. You just haven't looked at it honestly yet.
Last week something shifted. Maybe you were still in the parking lot when you heard it. Maybe it was midnight and you should have been asleep. Something about the sushi chef, about Daniela and her tamales, about the nurse who didn't even know she had a system, something landed.
You have something worth building.
And then your brain did what it always does. It waited until you felt hope. And then it moved in with the next objection. The one that sounds the most responsible. The most adult. The most impossible to argue with.
But when? When exactly am I supposed to build this?
You opened your calendar to prove your point. And your calendar agreed with you.
Here is what I need you to hear. You are not out of time. You are out of honesty about where your time is going. Those are two completely different problems.
I am building Latinpreneurs right now, in real time, while running Reformadas; 75,000 monthly users, over two million downloads, while homeschooling my kids, writing a book, and traveling through 23 countries. I did not find extra time. I found the time that was already there, going somewhere I had never consciously chosen.
In this episode I walk you through the three places your hidden hours are living right now. The in-between pockets you have written off because they feel too small. The hours you spend every day by habit instead of choice; the average person scrolls two to four hours a day outside of work, and you do not need all of it back, you need three hours a week, I will do the math with you. And the inherited yeses, the commitments you carry that you never actually decided to carry.
Three focused hours a week is enough to start a digital business from scratch. One hundred and fifty-six hours in a year. Enough to identify your skill, build your first product, and make your first sale. Real women have done it with less.
The free exercise for this episode is The Hidden Hours Audit. One page. Fifteen minutes of honesty.

Next week I am coming for the thing that stops more women than time, money, or not knowing what to sell. The voice that says: who are you to do this? Your skill is identified. Your hours are about to be found. The only thing left between you and the start is the story you have been telling yourself about whether you deserve to begin.
Episode 4 is going to be a problem for that story.

No te falta tiempo.
No encontré tiempo extra.
