It's Electrifying is the first episode in "All The Mushy Love Stuff" series.

You've all heard the song, you know the lyrics, "better shape up" have you ever considered how that plays out in your relationships? 

As I was singing in the shower, after a couple of weeks of relationship conversation with clients and friends, I simply busted out laughing at what I was hearing and got the awareness of the places I have reacted and made choices based on unconscious messaging that just lives in me from years of listening to sappy love songs.  Don't get me wrong, I love them and being able to laugh at them changes something.

This new solo series is a Pop and Drop series, as something pops, I will record and drop and episode.

I appreciate everyone who is tuning in, and hope it contributes something to you, even if that something is getting a laugh out of me.  What ever you choose, remember, it's YOUR life!

It certainly wasn't with us today. Join our shenanigans as we navigate technology and road trips and the 4th of July. Oh my! Still, we know how to have fun and laugh about ALL of our experiences. It is Life after all. And we are Human Beings. We really are!

How open are you to receiving that which you are asking for? Jade plants = Money.  Summer fun deck couches and melting kisses. Put on your ruby red slippers and be prepared to jump into the magic of choosing for you fabulous fun!  We are on our soapbox today telling it to you sista! And laughing and laughing and laughing. It might be too fun for you. 

Planes, trains and automobiles. What is it like to travel with people who put garbage for food in their body . . . especially in confined spaces. What about the garbage thoughts we have in our mind? How does that affect our body? Laugh with us as we navigate around the topic of "garbage in, garbage out." And we do mean literally. It's disgusting. And funny.

The magic is in the gratitude. Waking up to your own superpowers as well as the planet's superpowers. Who are you being and how do you contribute to this beautiful planet just by your presence. Showering you with appreciation, the planet with appreciation and each other with appreciation. We love the expansive yumminess that brings to all of our worlds. Bring on the gluttony of gratitude!

Who's the asshole now? Have you ever been one? We know we have. What if we just admitted to all the times we were assholes. Doesn't that feel lighter? We are human, we make mistakes. It's okay. It's also okay to be a dog, want a dog, and be followed around like a dog. What contribution can you be to be someone's dog? Maybe you want to be my dog?

It's Father's Day and the beginning of a new season! And how appropriate that we are laughing about Roosters (cocks)and the men in our lives. You know we love men, so us talking about them won't change. What might change is your perspective or viewpoint just by listening and laughing with us. Who knows? Give us a try. You might like what you hear. You might also hate it. It's all good to us.

Who are you being to receive the man who disappears? Who are you being in the first moments of those hot and steamy beginnings? What are you deciding that those moments mean? Who are you being after you've made that decision? Likely someone else. And now he gets to respond to that. Relating is in each moment. Energy is in each moment. Call in your inner kitty and taste what is good. 

In what parts of your life are you able to be completely you? Where are you the most free to just be yourself without trying to be someone you are not, and without having people project themselves on to you? It can be confusing at times. But also fun and funny as we do the experiment of living this life. And for some reason all of that segued into how much technology has changed over our lifetime. (i.e. do we actually take pictures of what we eat??!) And inevitably our kids. (sorry, not sorry, homies)
