Laugh It Out

Growing up can be tough. Today we talk about the funny and oh so embarrassing moments we've had as our bodies moved into puberty and beyond. Be warned there's lots of boob talk in this episode. There's also just a lot of body talk. What trauma's do you hold in your body? What kind of memories? What's going on right now in your body that you'd like to change? Let's laugh and loosen the hold. 

Doesn't sound so lighthearted does it? Yet somehow we manage to laugh at our own silliness and stupidity. Yeah we've let go of a LOT of baggage over the years.
